Trudi Sanburg Hall
I’m so excited to be starting my third career as owner/innkeeper at the Red Kettle Inn!
I’m from Montrose, Colorado. I attended College at BYU-Hawaii Campus and graduated from BYU-Provo in Utah as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist. I spent my first career doing medical diagnostics and Infertility Medicine at an IVF clinic in La Jolla California. Soon I began having children and stayed home with the 6 of them until the youngest started school. We followed my husband’s engineering career to Huntsville, AL, New Orleans, Mobile, and then Houston where I started my 2nd career as a Realtor. I’ve had so much fun and made many friends during my 15 years of helping homebuyers and sellers. Now I find myself newly single with my children raised and ready for chapter 3! I have visited Bed and Breakfast Inns in many parts of the US, Europe, and New Zealand and always hoped to own one someday. I love to cook, bake, and host guests, so now I get to put these skills to good use. When I have some free time, I will be busy quilting up in the attic, or hiking and exploring the beautiful Finger Lakes area.
Our location
We are located in the historic village of Watkins Glen, NY. We are within walking distance to Seneca Lakefront and the charming restaurants and antique shops on Franklin Street.
All reservations must be made in advance. We do not accept walk in guests.
BREAKFAST
A full rustic breakfast is served daily in the guest dining room between 8:30 and 9:00 AM.

SMOKING
We enjoy a smoke free environment. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property. Thank you in advance.
CHILDREN
Well behaved children over the age of 10 are welcome when traveling with an adult. Maximum occupancy per room is two guests.
PETS
We love animals but we cannot accommodate pets at the bed & breakfast. I’d be happy to recommend a local boarding facility or pet friendly accommodations.

Reservations
All reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card to reserve a room. The Red Kettle Inn B&B accepts Cash, debit, Visa, MasterCard, Discover cards and America Express.
DEPOSIT
The Red Kettle Inn Bed & Breakfast will require a deposit of 1 nights Room & Tax when making your reservations. Which will be charged immediately and refundable only if 14 days notice or greater is given.
MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENT
High Season
April 1 through November 31st
2 night minimum stay on all weekends

Holidays, Event and Race weekends
January 1 through December 31
2-3 night minimum stay
CANCELLATIONS
With three rooms last minute cancellations can significantly affect our business. Should you need to cancel a reservation and 14 days notice or greater is given the entire deposit is refundable.
Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival will be charged the 1 night room deposit.
Reservations cancelled within 7 days of arrival will be charged the full room stay.
Earlier notice gives us the best opportunity to resell the room. If room is resold full deposit is refundable.
