A lifelong Finger Lakes native, Ashley Lynch has spent decades immersed in the region’s wine country, local dining scene, and lakeside culture. As the property manager at Single Island Shores on Seneca Lake for over 10 seasons, she brings firsthand expertise in the area’s best experiences — from navigating the Finger Lakes Wine Trail to finding the perfect lakeside retreat. Her background in restaurant management and the wine & spirits industry gives her a uniquely informed perspective on food, wine pairing, and everything the Watkins Glen area has to offer visitors.

Ashley Jones

Co-Chairman and Secretary of SCLTA

Ashley is a self-proclaimed Finger Lakes ambassador who traded New York City for the village of Burdett after a single wine-tasting weekend changed everything. She and her husband David opened the Burdett House B&B in 2013 and have welcomed thousands of guests since. When she’s not cooking breakfast or dispensing local tips, she runs the Finger Lakes Picnic Company, crafting whimsical private picnics at area wineries and parks.
